The free-flowing bathroom faucet and sink empties into the black water tank which seemed to fill the black tank quickly with frequent hand washing.
To remedy this, I partially closed the valve under the sink, decreasing that 1-inch diameter flow by half! The black tank still gets plenty of water, necessary to keep water moving out of the tank during external flushing.
